Refund decisions depend on the signed quotation, completed work, non-refundable third-party costs and the stage at which cancellation is requested.

This policy is an operational draft based on the current platform scope. It must be reviewed against the final production workflow and applicable legal requirements before launch.
Custom development
- Completed discovery, design or development work is chargeable
- Approved milestones and delivered work are generally not refundable
- Unused amounts may be reviewed according to the signed agreement
- Third-party domain, hosting, licensing and gateway costs may be non-refundable
Ready-made solutions
Customization work, content setup and third-party purchases can affect eligibility. Package inclusions and cancellation terms must be confirmed before work begins.
Maintenance and support
Completed maintenance work, audits and emergency support are chargeable. Monthly or annual cancellation terms depend on the selected plan and agreement.
Request process
- Submit the project or quotation reference
- Explain the reason and affected scope
- Allow time for delivery and payment records to be reviewed
- Approved refunds return through an agreed method subject to provider processing time
